a) You retain all intellectual copyright of your work – Weaponizer does not own your work once you have submitted it, and you are free to submit the same piece elsewhere. By posting a Submission, you grant Weaponizer a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, play, and make available to the public that Submission without restriction, for internal purposes and for commercial purposes. You acknowledge that Weaponizer may at its discretion contact you to discuss any Submissions with you further. Although you may submit the same piece elsewhere, it may be the case that other websites and publishers will not accept your Submission once Weaponizer has published it – by submitting a piece, you recognise that this is the case.
b) If at some future time Weaponizer wishes to publish your work in a Collected Edition for Sale, you will be given a contract granting you a share of any profit generated by the Collection.
c) You should not upload any material or ideas that you wish to keep confidential. All Submissions are non-confidential. Any other information that you otherwise provide to Weaponizer will be treated as non-confidential unless received by Weaponizer in accordance with a formal written confidentiality agreement between Weaponizer and you. d) The following content is unacceptable – religious persecution, racial epithets and abuse, overt sexism or misogyny, condoning of violent acts in the real world (unless expressly conveyed as a work of fiction), use of copyrighted material and / or characters (ie. plagiarism). Weaponizer reserves the right to refuse submissions without giving notice or reason.
